Multiply by 100.

3. Both 13 and 3?

$\frac{13}{3} \times \frac{100}{1}$

Just the numerator.

5. Thanks so much. I'll keep you posted.

You are welcome.

7. I have another question, but I'm not sure on whether or not I make another thread about it. It also has to do with percentages and fractions. I don't want to flood the forums with questions. Is just that I really do need the help, so that I can be fully confident in what I'm doing.

Create a new thread. You can number the threads if it's the same topics (e.g. Fraction 1, Fraction 2) etc.

The rules were written by forum creators so they must have thought correctly before making this rule of having to create new threads for new questions.

You're not flooding the forum but will be helping people who help here because they are more likely to check threads which have zero answers so they can respond to it.

9. Ok, will do. Thanks.
