    Logarithmic Functions

    I was doing okay about these until this one!

    log6(2x-6) = 2

    that first six is a sub...whateveryoucallit.

    the 2x-6 part is throwing me off. Help?

    Just do it like you normally would.

    log_{6} (2x - 6) = 2

    (2x - 6) = 6^2 = 36

    2x - 6 = 36

    2x = 42

    x = 21
