Sorry but I find this unintelligible. Try coding it in latex:

$$\frac{a}{b}$$ is the code for writing fractions: $\frac{a}{b}$.

$$a^2$$ is the code for writing powers: $a^2$.

And obviously fractions and powers get written $$\frac{a^2}{2 b^3}$$: $\frac{a^2}{2 b^3}$.

I'm guessing this is supposed to be
$\frac{ \frac{2}{b^2 - 1} - \frac{3}{ab - a} }{ \frac{3}{ab - a} - \frac{2}{b^2 - 1} }$

But that seems kind of silly because
$\frac{ \frac{2}{b^2 - 1} - \frac{3}{ab - a} }{ \frac{3}{ab - a} - \frac{2}{b^2 - 1} } = \frac{ -\left ( \frac{3}{ab - a} - \frac{2}{b^2 - 1} \right ) }{ \left ( \frac{3}{ab - a} - \frac{2}{b^2 - 1} \right ) } = -1$
