    There is a building with a square base. If the area of the base of this building is 250,000ft^2 then what is the length of one of the sides of the building's base.

    work:
    A=250000

    s^2=A\quad\Longrightarrow\quad \boxed{s=\sqrt{A}}\quad\Longrightarrow\quad s= \sqrt{250000}\quad\Longrightarrow\quad s=500
