    \frac{10}3\cdot\frac{2x}{15}

    =\frac{10\cdot2x}{3\cdot15}

    =\frac{(2\cdot5)\cdot2x}{3\cdot(3\cdot5)}

    =\frac{2^2\cdot5\cdot x}{3^2\cdot5}

    Now cancel the common factor.
