    For the first one, factor out a 4p:

    \color{red}\boxed{4p(q-3p)}

    For the second one, both terms have (x+2y). Factor this out:

    \color{red}\boxed{(3k-4)(x+2y)}

    For the last one, note that -9+6=-3 and -9*6=-54. Thus, we get:

    \color{red}\boxed{(m-9)(m+6)}.

    Hope that his makes sense!
