For the first one, factor out a 4p:

$\color{red}\boxed{4p(q-3p)}$

For the second one, both terms have $(x+2y)$. Factor this out:

$\color{red}\boxed{(3k-4)(x+2y)}$

For the last one, note that -9+6=-3 and -9*6=-54. Thus, we get:

$\color{red}\boxed{(m-9)(m+6)}$.
