# Help complete a graph?

Help complete a graph?
Complete the graph of the rational function below based only on the following information and the partial graph with indicated asymptotes:
$\displaystyle f(b+1)<0$
$\displaystyle f(a-1)>0$

I have no idea what it wants me to graph. Help?

$\displaystyle f(x) = \frac{x^2-(a+b)x}{(x+a)(x-b)}-1$

which would have a graph that looked something like the one attached

(note that when I use a in this post, I'm really using the absolute value of a)
