I need two stories for this equation : yś9=8. Thanks
You need two stories? Well, y was blown up into nine pieces by ThePerfectHacker. Each piece had the same volume, 8 inches cubed to be exact. What was the volume of y?
Here's another one... Moo had nine utters. Each utter could give 8 gallons of milk in a day. How many gallons of milk could Moo produce in a day?
Back to math...
$\displaystyle \frac{y}{9} = 8$
Multiply both sides by 9.
$\displaystyle \frac{y*9}{9} = 8*9$
$\displaystyle y = 72$
That is 72 inches cubed or gallons of milk depending on the story you like best.
