    writing a sequence

    An=1/2 a^3 n-1 +1; A1=0

    A1=0
    A2=1/2(0)^3+1=1
    A3=1/2(O)^3+1=1.5
    A4=1/2(1.5)^3+1=2.69
    A5=1/2(2.69)^3+1=10.74
    would this one be correct?

    A_{\color{red}1}=4 \cdot (-2)^{{\color{red}1}-1}=4 \cdot 1

    A_{\color{red}2}=4 \cdot (-2)^{{\color{red}2}-1}=\dots
