    simultaneous equations

    Solve the simultaneous equations

    y = 11x + 3
    y = 4x2 (4x squared)

    please help!

    4x^2=y=11x+3

    -> 4x^2=11x+3

    ---> 4x^2-11x-3=0


    \Delta=121+4 \cdot 4 \cdot 3=13^2
