Ok, so first you need to know that there are 16oz in a pint. That means your incorrect mixture contains 16oz of weed killer and 48oz of water. The trick is to figure out how to get 1oz of weed killer out of that. Assuming the contents are well-mixed, you need 1/16 of the bottle's contents, or 4oz. Now you know that 3oz of that is water, so you need to add enough water to that to make 2 gallons.
