    I need help solving this problem I have to condense this equation


    4log3(x+6)-log35-log3(x-2)

    Hello,

    Use the following properties :

    \ln(a)+\ln(b)=\ln(ab)

    b \ln(a)=\ln(a^b)

    \ln(a)-\ln(b)=\ln \frac ab

    Nope,

    4log(x+6)=log((x+6)^4)

    You have to keep the logs ~
