logs help i think its correct??
my online hw says its still wrong and i dont understand why

log p^3/log p^7

log(p^3)-log(q^7)

-7logQ+3logP

the directions are expand as much as possible, then replace each log(P)with X and each log(Q) with a Y.

so i did and i got -7y+3x and ive played around with the signs

after the 1 post i dont get the order?

Hi

It is wrong because $\frac{\ln p^3}{\ln q^7} \neq \ln p^3 -\ln q^7$. The only thing which might be useful to expand (a little :D) that expression is $\ln x^y = y\ln x$.
