Let Tyrone travels distance x
hence,
Tina will travel distance (112 - x)
Let they travel for time t
For Tyrone, t= x/18
For Tina, t=(112 - x)/14
Since they have travelled for the same time,
hence x/18= (112 - x)/14
32x = 112*18
x=63m
t=63/18 = 3.5h
