    Question Write with positive exponents and simplify

    Hello Everyone,

    I need some help with this problem: 16 -3/2

    I know for some this may be simple, but I have totally forgot how to do it step by step.

    Hmm, are you solving 16^{\frac{-3}{2}}?

    If so, recognize that there is a square root there...

    \sqrt{16}^{-3}

    4^{-3}

    \frac{1}{64}
