Thanks Hmm, are you solving $\displaystyle 16^{\frac{-3}{2}}$? If so, recognize that there is a square root there... $\displaystyle \sqrt{16}^{-3}$ $\displaystyle 4^{-3}$ $\displaystyle \frac{1}{64}$
