    1. This is somewhat simple.
    $\displaystyle \frac{10a^4b^3}{25a^6b^5c^2} $

    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25}\cdot\frac{a^4}{a^6}\cdot\frac{b^3}{b ^5}\cdot\frac{1}{c^2}} $

    Before I go on I want to review. $\displaystyle \frac{2\cdot3}{2}=\frac{\not2\cdot3}{\not2}=3$

    Now continuing on....

    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25}\cdot\frac{a^4}{a^6}\cdot\frac{b^3}{b ^5}\cdot\frac{1}{c^2}} $


    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25}\cdot$$\displaystyle \frac{a\cdot a\cdot a\cdot a}{a\cdot a\cdota\cdot a\cdot a\cdot a}$$\displaystyle \cdot\frac{b\cdot b\cdot b}{b\cdot b\cdot b\cdot b\cdot b}$$\displaystyle \cdot\frac{1}{c^2}} $

    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25}\cdot$$\displaystyle \frac{\not a\cdot\not a\cdot\not a\cdot\not a}{\not a\cdot\not a\cdot\not a\cdot\not a\cdot a\cdot a}$$\displaystyle \cdot\frac{\not b\cdot \not b\cdot\not b}{\not b\cdot \not b\cdot\not b\cdot b\cdot b}$$\displaystyle \cdot\frac{1}{c^2}} $

    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25}\cdot\frac{1}{a\cdot a}\cdot\frac{1}{b\cdot b}\cdot\frac{1}{c^2}} $

    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25}\cdot\frac{1}{a^2}\cdot\frac{1}{b^2} \cdot \frac{1}{c^2}} $

    $\displaystyle \frac{10\cdot1\cdot1\cdot1}{25\cdot a^2\cdot b^2\cdot c^2} $

    $\displaystyle \frac{10}{25a^2b^2c^2} $

    I wrote it out for you, but the way to find $\displaystyle \frac{a^2}{a^4} $ would be saying $\displaystyle a^{(2-4)} $.


    2. For this one, remember the rule $\displaystyle a^2\cdot a^3=a^{(2+3)} $

    $\displaystyle \left(2ab^2\right)\left(-3a^2\right)\left(4ab\right)\left(-b^2\right)$

    $\displaystyle 2ab^2\cdot-3a^2\cdot4ab\cdot -b^2$

    $\displaystyle -6a^3b^2\cdot4ab\cdot -b^2$

    $\displaystyle -24a^4b^3\cdot -b^2$

    $\displaystyle 24a^4b^5$

    $\displaystyle 24b^5a^4$

    You could do it that way, but I prefer to do it this way.

    $\displaystyle 2ab^2\cdot-3a^2\cdot4ab\cdot -b^2$

    $\displaystyle \left(2\cdot-3\cdot4\cdot-1\right) \left(a\cdot a^2\cdot a\right) \left(b^2\cdot b\cdot b^2\right)$

    $\displaystyle 24 a^4 b^5$

    $\displaystyle 24 b^5a^4$
