$P=2l + 2w$

$A=lw$

$P=\frac {3A}{2}$

Therefore:

$P=\frac {3lw}{2}$

And:

$2l + 2w=\frac {3lw}{2}$

$4l + 4w=3lw$

$4w=3lw-4l$

$
4w=l(3w-4)$

$
l=\frac {4w}{3w-4}$
