In a line: u=nv+nln(theta) (y=mx+b, n and theta are constants, v=x, u=y) u = -3.89 v = 0 or u=-1.9 v=0.693 How can I isolate and find either n or theta?

Just write it out $\displaystyle -3.89 = n \cdot 0 + n \ln \theta$ $\displaystyle -3.89 = {\color{blue}n \ln \theta}$ $\displaystyle -1.9 = 0.693 n + {\color{blue}n\ln \theta}$
