OK heres what you do follow my steps

\frac{3-2d}{5}=7...now by multiplying both sides by 5 we get 3-2d=35...now by subtracting 3 from both sides you get [MATh]-2d=33[/tex]...now by dividing by -2 we get the answer d=\frac{-32}{2}=-16
