I think this is a question solved by the binomial thereom but not so sure...

in number form this question is (3x+2)2(2x+)3 the 2 and the 3 are the power/exponents
the binomial theorem can be used to find $\displaystyle (2x + 3)^3$, but it is still a lot of grunt work to do this as far as i can see. just expand everything and multiply out
