Just like the last problem, your denominators match, so we just subtract the numerators:

$\displaystyle \frac {3x - x + 2}{x+2}$

combine x terms:

$\displaystyle \frac {2x + 2}{(x + 2)}$

I don't see that this can be simplified any more.
