    Post Pilot problem

    A pilot travelling in flight with no destination from ligard.First he travel north direction about 500km,then to west 500 km ,then south 500km and at last east 500km.Now where the pilot will be either on the ligard,or east or west or north or south of ligard........Help me i need answer soon

    It sounds like he did a whole lot of flying just to come back home. Draw a square with sides = 500km. Your pilot start in the lower right point of the square. Work your problem out and he will be back in the lower point of the square at the end. North is up, west is left, south is down, east is right.

    Let me know if that makes sense.

    I got this question of about 7 point question out 20 but it seems so easy as "Earth is circular
    i thought is may be like some angle may come place

    Is there an answer in the back of the book that is different? If there is no answer in the book, I'm sure somebody will be along to correct my answer if it is wrong.
