    Here is a hint to help you.
    \frac{1}{{\sqrt k  + \sqrt {k + 1} }} = \left( {\frac{1}{{\sqrt k  + \sqrt {k + 1} }}} \right)\frac{{\sqrt k  - \sqrt {k + 1} }}{{\sqrt k  - \sqrt {k + 1} }} = \sqrt {k + 1}  - \sqrt k
