I can only assume that your question is to expand the following expressions.
What problem are yo having here ? have you been showed how to do anythng like this before ?

$(s+1)(3s+2) = s \cdot 3s + s \cdot 2 + 1 \cdot 3s + 1 \cdot 2$
$\Rightarrow (s+1)(3s+2) = 3s^2 + 2s + 3s + 2$
$\Rightarrow (s+1)(3s+2) = 3s^2 + 5s + 2$

You really should take some time to actually learn all this basic algebra as opposed to rushing your homework to please your teacher.

I am not going not give you any further help. I suggest you do what you can and ask your teacher for help with what your stuck on tomorrow
