    struggling with multiple choice

    Hello all

    I am really struggling with this question and can't seem to work out which option is the answer, would really really appreciate it if anyone could please provide me with an explanation about how to work this one out.

    You have to process the given information .... You can think about why the following gives up the answer:

    Let a = 90% of 2.5 million.

    Let b = 26.1% of 1023 million.

    The answer is the option corresponding to \frac{a}{b} \times 100 \, \%.
