For question 23, completing the square, I don't understand where i went wrong. Was I suppose to get half of 5 and square it ?

You don't need to complete the square here. It's already done for you.
$\displaystyle (t + 5)^2 = 12$

Now take the square root of both sides.

And the answer is not "x= " anything, it is "t= "!
