price depends on the year, so the coordinates are (t, p) ... (0, 0.13) and (30, 0.37) ... looks like she reversed them

    $m = \dfrac{0.37-0.13}{30-0} = \dfrac{0.24}{30} = 0.008$

    $p - 0.13 = 0.008(t - 0) \implies p = 0.008t + 0.13$

    year 2020 is $t=45 \implies p = 0.008(45)+0.13 = 0.49$

Hmmmm.....why can't "the daughter" ask for help on her own?
    Easier to help that way...
    Something's fishy here...and you're the mother???
