    equation

    can someone solve 2000 = 4𝐾^0.75 * L^0.25 where k=3/10 L. i tryed to solve this by adding the powers 2000=4(3/10 L^1) however i get an answer of 5000/3 which is not the correct answer the correct answer is 5000(10/3)^.75

    ... the correct answer is 5000(10/3)^.75

    I assume you're solving for $L$ ...

    $2000 = 4\left(\dfrac{3}{10}L\right)^{3/4} \cdot L^{1/4}$

    $2000 = 4\left(\dfrac{3}{10}\right)^{3/4} \cdot L^{3/4} \cdot L^{1/4}$

    $2000 = 4\left(\dfrac{3}{10}\right)^{3/4} \cdot L$

    $500 = \left(\dfrac{3}{10}\right)^{3/4} \cdot L$

    $500 \cdot \left(\dfrac{10}{3}\right)^{3/4} = L$

    I disagree with your "correct answer" by a factor of 10 ...

    You can similarly solve for K:
    K = (3/10)L
    L = 10K / 3

    Follow Skeeter's steps to get:
    K = 500 / (10/3)^(1/4)
