Hi folks,
Can anyone help me solve this?
z^3 - Z^2 + (x)Z - y = 0
Solve for Z where x and y are constants. Im completely stuckand can't get my head round this one.
Cheers!!
Chris
If x and y are arbitrary constants then you are stuck with something like Cardano's method. I shudder to think of applying it here.
