    What's the problem?

    <br /> \frac{4}{9}\left( {\frac{3}{7} - \frac{1}{7}} \right) = \frac{4}{9}\left( {\frac{2}{7}} \right) = \frac{{2 \cdot 4}}{{9 \cdot 7}} = \frac{8}{{63}}<br />
