i think i posted it wrong. the problem looks like -25^ {22}{25} the answer is - ^647 with a line then 25 under that

"-25^{22}{25}" does not make much sense, but then nor does the answer
you quote - ^647 over 25.

Actually that would be -25*25 - 22 = -647 so
