the last part is 1 part so there is no 4th part... and yes there is no brackets.

Once again I'm going to be anal, but this time in a good cause, at least.

You are saying that your problem is to simplify

$\displaystyle \frac{\left ( \frac{2 - y - \frac{6q}{y} - 3q}{y^2 - \frac{16q^2}{y^2} - 2yq - 5q^2} \right )}{y^2} + yq - \frac{12q^2}{4y} + 8yq$

Since I really doubt this is what you are trying to work with, please use parentheses to clear this up. There are too many ways to interpret this otherwise.

Thanks, though I managed to work it out after a lot of trial and error
