2. Hello

Try writing $\frac{6 + \sqrt{40}}{2}$ as $\frac{6 + \sqrt{4}\sqrt{10}}{2}$

$\frac{6+\sqrt40}{2} = \frac{6+\sqrt{4 .\ 10}}{2} = \frac62 + \frac{2\sqrt{10}}{2} = 3 + \sqrt{10}$
