    Simplify

    Hi, just wondered if someone could help simplyfy this
    (m^2+1)^2 - (m^2-1)^2. Do i need to multiply out the brackets and them add the power and have 1 bracket? thnx

    Its the difference of two squares so:

    <br />
(m^2+1)^2 - (m^2-1)^2=[(m^2+1)-(m^2-1)][(m^2+1)+(m^2-1)]=4m^2<br />
