    What is:
    A number n where if the sum of digits of the number is divisible by n, then the number it self is divisible by n.

    The way this is stated I can't think of any example except a one digit number. For a multiple digit number "n" how could the sum of the digits possibly be divisible by "n"? And, of course, any number is divisible by itself. Something isn't worded right...

    You're being asked to test the validity of rules like 'if the sum of the digits of a number is divisible by 2 then that number is divisible by 2' (which isn't true: consider 11) or 'if the sum of the digits of a number is divisible by 3 then that number is divisible by 3' (which is true: can you see why?). So 3 is an answer to your question: there are others ...
