If something is said to be 200 GNm-2 can someone please tell me hoe many this actually is in Nm???? PLease!!! My results are out by what could be 1000...

The G denotes a giga something, that is 10^9 of them.

so 200 GNm-2 is 2 (10^11) Nm-2

These prefixed go up by three orders of magnitude per step so:

kilo is 1000
mega is 1000000
giga is 1000000000
tera ...
peta ..
exa ..
zetta ..
yotta ..
