    Hello,

you can always put a common factor before paranthese:

    to 1.:
    a^3+a^2=a^2(a+1)

    to 2.:
    ab+bc+3a+3c=b(a+c)+3(a+c)=(a+c)(b+3)

    to 3.:
    b^2+bc-3b-3c=b(b+c)-3(b+c)=(b+c)(b-3)

    Greetings
