    Partial Fractions

    Express \frac{6x^{2}+3-2x^{3}}{x^{2}(2x^{2}+1)} as partial fractions.

    Which of the following shall I use?

    1. \frac{6x^{2}+3-2x^{3}}{x^{2}(2x^{2}+1)}=\frac{Ax+B}{x^{2}}+\frac{  Cx+D}{2x^{2}+1}

    2. \frac{6x^{2}+3-2x^{3}}{x^{2}(2x^{2}+1)}=\frac{A}{x}+\frac{B}{x^{2  }}+\frac{Cx+D}{2x^{2}+1}

    I understand the two are equivalent, but which one is a better answer?
