$\frac{20}{3x} = 4$

$20 = 4 \times 3x$

$20 = 12 x$

$\frac{20}{12} = x$

$x = 1,666....$

I guess you made a mistake when setting x = 1,666... into your equation.

Remember x is actually equal to 1,6666666666666666... into infinity :)

Rather try setting $\frac{5}{3}$ into it, which is equal to 1,666...
