I need help on a quadratic problem. The question asks "Find the quadratic function y=ax²+c with a graph that has the given points. (0,2)(3,5)"
I don't remember going over this in class. What exactly is the question asking for?

(0,2) means, when x = 0, y = 2

thus we have $2 = c$

also, (3,5) means, when x = 3, y = 5

thus, $5 = 9a + 2$

$\Rightarrow a = \frac 13$

thus, the quadratic is $y = \frac 13x^2 + 2$
