    Since f(-3)=(-3)^2+4(-3)=-3 and g(3)=3(3)+2=11

    Thus, f(g(x))=f(3x+2)=(3x+2)^2+4(3x+2) =9x^2+12x+4+12x+8=9x^2+24x+12

    You have,
    g(x^2+4x)=3(x^2+4x)+2=3x^2+12x+2
