    Help with Sqaure Roots

    I'm stuck with these and I don't know what to do. I'm sopposed to simplify them. I know the answer to the first one is 6x^2 and the answer to the second one is 10x^3 but I don't know the steps on how they got the answer..help plz.


    sqrt(36x^4)

    sqrt(100x^6)

    sqrt(36x^4)
    \sqrt{36x^4} = \sqrt{36} \sqrt{x^4}

    now continue

    sqrt(100x^6)
    \sqrt{100x^6} = \sqrt{100} \sqrt{x^6}

    now continue
