this is a operation with decimal

I solved your other problem for you. This time, show some work to get some help. Also, your second question has a close parenthesis at the end, but no matching open parenthesis.

??? There are NO "decimals" in that formula. But what is your question or difficulty? his is basically integer arithmetic. Do you know what $\sqrt[3]{27}$ is? What about $\sqrt[4]{(-4)^2}$. We can't help without knowing what you can do and what you do understand about this.

What do you not understand? Please explain. What do you want help with? You can plug everything into a calculator and obtain the answer just as easily as we can give it to you. So, unless you explain WHAT you don't understand, we cannot help you. We are not your personal calculators.

You need an extensive review of the "power" laws.
$a^{n} \cdot a^{m} = a^{m+n}$

$\left ( a^m \right )^n = a^{mn}$

$a^{1/n} = \sqrt[n] {a}$

$a^{-n} = \frac{1}{a^n}$

Edit: And what is that first post? It's so messed up that I can't even start to figure out what you are doing.
