Remember how to FOIL a perfect square:
    (a + b)^2 = (a + b)(a + b) = (a^2 + ab)a^2 + (ab + b^2) = a^2 + 2ab + b^2

    So here we have a = 6m and b = 1:
    (6m + 1)^2 = (6m)^2 + 2(6m)(1) + 1^2

    You finish it.
