Probability
Acard player draws 4 cards from a standard pack of 52 cards.
Find the probability that this results in a card being drawn from each of the 4suits

Ihave tried these methods.
Method 1
(13/52)x (13/51) x (13/50) x (13/49) x 24
Method 2
(1/52)x (39/51) x (26/50) x (13/49)
Whichof these methods is the correct approach?
Thankyou.

Do they give the same answer? NO!
How can they both be correct.

Compare this calculation with the one in reply #2.

Re: Probability
Thanks again.
I know that method 1(one) and method 2(two) give two different answers but which of the two methods is the correct one to use ?

Darn, you are hardheaded. Neither of those two is correct.
