Let "s" be her sales . Her "sales over $2500" is s- 2500. What is 4% of that? That will be her commission which is added to $1500.

That equation will be valid for s >= 2500

Let TS be total salary then TS = 1500 + P* 4/100 where P = 0 for s < 2500 and P = ( s-2500) for s >= 2500 and s - is the total sale done by Rebecca
