If x=1, is the equation true? Why do you think that it works that way?
i c . it would work because -1+5 = 4 2 to the fourth = 16
in this equation do i replace x with 1? 3 x to the second power minus 4 = 27 exponent x the x square - 4 is above the 3
You see how easy it is? You just had to notice that 16 is a power of 2.
