1. ## Slope

Okay, so I am doing this tutorial for Econ but for some reason I cannot figure out the correct answer for slope. How know that to calculate slope it is rise over run but when I used that, I dont get the correct answer. Here is the problem:

So, does anyone have any idea on how to solve this? If I followed rise over run the slope for A - B would be 1 right..? So why isn't an answer choice 1? I am so confused.. lol.

For the orange line the y coordinate increases by 90-70=20 and the x coordinate increases by 12-8=4 so the slope is 20/4=5

Oh! Right that makes sense. So then the slope of the other line would be 10. I think I was just over thinking it. So then would it be 5 hours of sunlight per degree or 5 degrees per hour of sunlight?
