    Rationalizing denominator

    I just need to understand how rationalized \frac{2}{\sqrt{2\pi}} to get \sqrt{\frac{2}{\pi}}

    When I rationalized, I just multiplied by \frac{\sqrt{2\pi}}{\sqrt{2\pi}} and got \frac{\sqrt{2\pi}}{\pi}

    Re: Rationalizing denominator

    Hey downthesun01.

    Hint: 2 = SQRT(2)*SQRT(2) and SQRT(2*pi) = SQRT(2)*SQRT(pi).
    Thanks from downthesun01

    Re: Rationalizing denominator

    The result does not have a rational denominator. It is just a simplification.
